Tiger Aerotech Facility’s purpose is to become "The Solution of Customer’s problem”. We specify the three essential things of contribution as the base for achieving our Purpose which are: Empathy, identifying Customer problem, and to be proactive in finding solutions to accomplish the problem. And we deliver these steps through all our corporate activities.
In addition, we set a vision for 2030 to be the most preferred MRO for Operator’s expansion. Tiger Aerotech Facility aims to accelerate this demands by expansions and penetrating the domestic and regional market. Based on the knowledge and ability that have supported by experienced personnel for many years and our company's strengths in providing competitive price while put the Quality as our Main Goal, we adjust ourselves to meet different satisfaction perspective of the Customers, create new strategy by collecting and analysing all kinds of data in a unified manner, leading to solutions to all problems.

As a big archipelago, Indonesia need air transportation more than other kinds for mobilization of people and goods from one island to another . There are tens of Air Operators in this country. This is a big market for the Aircraft Maintenance Business. We are developing the Aircraft Maintenance Organization Company to catch this market opportunity.
As the impact of Covid-19, there are many operators that still struggling to survive and recovering their operations, as well as the growth of Aviation business inside the country of Indonesia and in the region, the MRO who can provide more cost saving is highly demanded by the Operators. We come to fill this requirement
Our hangar located at Jl. Pajajaran Bandung, inside the Hussein Sastranegara Airport, around 2 hours by car from Jakarta or 10 minute by Flying from Soekarno Hatta Airport.
